"A 40 ft. and under boat category is included in the mandatory entry fee.  Boat lengths are requested on each entry form and will be determined by the manufacturers stated length.  The winning boat will be determined by the largest qualifying blue marlin weighed in by a boat 40 ft. and under.  In the event no qualifying blue marlin is weighed, the boat 40 ft. and under with the most release points will receive the prize."
